These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of salamsolar.com, our redirect domains (salaamsolar.com, salamsolar.net, salamsolar.org), and any related forms, calls, or text messages operated by Salam Solar (“Salam Solar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a Michigan homeowner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) to submit a request for service. Submitting a form is a request to be reviewed — it is not a guarantee of service, qualification, or specific savings.

3. The Salam Solar offer

Our standard residential offer is structured as a power purchase agreement (PPA): we install, own, and maintain the solar system at no upfront cost to qualifying homeowners, and you pay only for the clean electricity the system produces. The PPA is a separate written agreement that you sign before installation. Nothing on this website is itself a binding contract for solar service. Final terms — including rate, system size, escalator (if any), and term length — are set in your signed PPA.

4. No financial or legal advice

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not financial, legal, tax, or religious advice. We encourage you to consult your own advisors — including, where appropriate, your imam, attorney, accountant, or family advisor — before signing any agreement.

5. Forms and lead submissions

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you authorize us (and our service providers) to contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your inquiry. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the data you submit.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through any form

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salam Solar and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the site or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us through the site in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for most site users, is $0).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Salam Solar from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
