Can I still claim the federal tax credit?
On a PPA, the system owner (us) claims the tax credit — that is part of why your rate is so low. Talk to your tax advisor about other home credits.
Do I need to be home for install?
For roof access, yes — usually one full day on-site. We schedule with you in advance.
What about snow and Michigan winters?
Modern panels handle Michigan winter just fine. Snow slides off most pitched roofs once the sun comes out. Annual production projections account for our climate.
